How does it work if I need to have my knife serviced?

It's very simple. You reach out to us here on our warranty page (this form below) it sends us an immediate response with all the details. When shipping it to us, (address below) please don't forget to put your name and tracking number for your safety. Once we receive your knife we can usually have it repaired/replaced within 48 hours (or sooner) and get it back to you complete. We also offer a refinishing service for your Infinity Tactical OTF knife. If you wish to have your knife handles Cerakote "refinished" any one color we will gladly do that for a small $45 fee.

Notice of Counterfeit Goods

If a knife returned for warranty work is found to be an actual or suspected counterfeit or replica item, Infinity Tactical shall have the right to impound the knife for further investigation of its authenticity. Infinity Tactical shall not be liable to you, or anyone else, for payment of the price of any suspected counterfeit knife under investigation. If Infinity Tactical, in its sole discretion, determines that the knife you returned for repairs is a counterfeit, Infinity Tactical has the right to permanently impound and/or destroy the knife. Knives determined to be counterfeit will not be returned to you.
